WOD 13.3

So here it is, the 3rd out of five workouts for the 2013 Reebok CrossFit Games: WOD 13.3

Complete as many rounds and repetitions as possible in 12 minutes of:

150 Wall balls (throw a 9 kg medicine ball  over a  3 meter mark on a wall)
90 Double-unders (the skipping rope has to travel twice under your feet while jumping once)
 30 Muscle-ups (on rings)

Well… I knew that Muscle-ups where coming sooner or later. Guess I have to learn them ’till Sunday – although, I’m not even sure if I’m able to finish the 150 Wall balls *sigh* let’s give it I try!
