Never in my life I have felt so unfit. Not that I was sick or something, I was in “normal” shape. Still, I wasn’t able to finish the 150 wall balls within the given time. At least I surpassed 100 mark by 9. Woohoo. Then the 12 minutes where up.
For my ego, I then did the 90 double unders. Of course, that doesn’t count anymore, when the time is up.
Just for a comparison: the world number 1 and two times CrossFit Games winner Rich Froning did 150 wall balls, 90 double unders, 30 muscle ups and then another 49 wall balls within those 12 minutes! Absolutely mind blowing. Fucking Aliens!
