13.4 Update

As you know, I had my doubts, wether I was able to lift those 61 Kilos at all. So yesterday, I went to the box to improve my clean & jerk technique. I found someone that just finished 13.4 and asked him if he could show me the skill.

I not only ended up lifting the 61 kilos over head but also did WOD 13.4 straight away. Well, why wait 😉

So during the workout, I did an amazing (in my terms) 10 clean and jerks with a wheight that I have never ever lifted over head before.

I was hoping for 6 reps in total and I got 19 in the end! It’s only week number 4 at CrossFit Basel and I already show some serious signs of addiction. Well, it’s just so much fun and so rewarding – and so much more. And that’s from someone that really HATED to work out.
